Last.fm, Google & Twitter Plugins added to Sonicbids

Ever wonder what people are saying about your band or who’s listening to your music (um, of course you do!)?  Promoters do too, and will often search for bands online to check out their buzz.  Well, we just made it a little easier for artists and promoters to track buzz all in one place – on Sonicbids – by integrating Last.fm listens and GoogleBlog and Twitter search results into artist and promoter accounts.

Here’s how it works for artists:

When you log into your Sonicbids account, you’ll see a new area called “DASHBOARD FEED” in the upper right-hand corner. This will give you an at-a-glance view of your EPK Stats along with the top search results from Google Blog Search and Twitter based on your band name.  Clicking “View More” will give you a comprehensive view of your Dashboard, including all of your EPK Stats and Last.fm stats, as well as the top 3 results for your band name on Google Blog Search and Twitter.

And for promoters:
You’ll now be able able to see the Google and Twitter buzz and Last.fm listens for bands that submit to your gigs in a new section of the EPK Viewer called PLUGINS.

And this is just the start. We want to make sure we’re getting you the info you’re looking for where you need it, so post a comment here or drop me a note on Twitter at http://twitter.com/SonicbidsLou to let me know what you think of these plugins and what other sites you’d like to see plugged into Sonicbids.

UPDATE: We’ve made improvments to the plugins based on your feedback! Read more here.
