Here's what you might have missed while trying to wipe the image of Cyrus-as-Bachmann twerking from your memory.

Speaking of Miley....

HAIM, everyone's favorite three-piece indie pop sibling band, put out an amazing album last week. So did Miley. HAIM covered Miley's 'Wrecking Ball"for BBC Radio.

It is awesome.

Spotify turns 5 today....

Thom Yorke called the streaming service 'the last desperate fart of a dying industry.' Anyway, Happy Birthday!

Off to Times Square....

The Demos are one of two Sonicbids bands that have been chosen to play Times Square for CBGB Festival. The Pinz were also selected to join a lineup that includes My Morning Jacket, James Murphy, Grizzly Bear, The Wallflowers and MORE.

From ACL to A3C...

You couldn't have picked a better weekend to go a festival with a 3 initial moniker.

Whether you rocked with our dudes Wild Cub at Austin City Limits Music Festival or rocked a Hall & Oates t-shirt like our pal Nate Dirty at All 3 Coasts, you made the right decision.

That's it for this week's MusicMonday wrap-up. Feel free to weigh in on the above down below in the comments or on Twitter dot com!
