Drawing comparisons to a “young Rolling Stones” and called “the next Kings of Leon,” the band gives classic rock their own unique and distinctly modern edge.  Within the past year, Filligar has headlined sold out shows at some of the most acclaimed venues in the country: NYC's Bowery Ballroom, Chicago's Lincoln Hall, and LA's Troubadour, among others. They have supported acts such as The Black Keys and My Morning Jacket. The Burning of Rome: 9:00 | http://sonicbids.com/TheBurningofRome

The Burning of Rome infects their crowds with blistering live shows and melodic hooks.  If the Misfits and Danny Elfman had a love child, this is what would be waking you up at 4 in the morning.  Blending gypsy punk, dance, and rock into a mind-bending stew, this is music for the new world. With a string of West Coast tours gaining fans through show antics of hurling of giant skulls into the crowd and sabotaging their instruments as a musical sacrifice at each set's end, the band's momentum has led them to record their debut album for Surfdog Records, arriving worldwide in Spring 2012.

This young band has quickly made a name for itself and continues to gain fans and believers everywhere.

The Mosaic Quartet 7:00 | http://sonicbids.com/mosaic4music

JB and Chetan first met as concert pianists in Cleveland in 2005, and while a handful of songs were written, the two hadn't considered starting a band together until a jam session with bass player Melissa in 2010--tequila flowing like agua--where someone said, ‘wouldn’t it be nice to start a band somewhere warm?’ Later that year, the trio headed to San Diego. Once in town, it miraculously took a mere matter of days before meeting Pat. The pieces of the mosaic were aligned, and the quartet was unleashed. They are known now for incorporating 19th and 20th century piano pieces to their shows, reviving what many consider to be a dying art form.  While drawing the likes of Coldplay and Muse, their style undeniably has a life and sound of its own.
