The Opportunity

The 8th Annual LAUNCH Music Conference & Festival brings together musicians, music industry professionals and music lovers from all over the world to downtown Lancaster, PA, for 4 days of instruction, networking and entertainment. LAUNCH also showcases nearly 200 artists, ranging from Grammy nominees to emerging high school acts.

  • Multiple venues
  • 30-minute set
  • Sound and lights provided
  • Backline may be provided depending on stage placement
Additional Compensation Details:
  • All artists, regardless of whether or not they are placed to perform at the festival, are invited to attend LAUNCH and will receive complementary standard weekend badges
  • Selected acts may be compensated a small performance fee
  • Accommodations are provided
