Some people look forward to Halloween as their reason to party in October. Not me. Mind you, the thing I look forward to does involve, essentially, going door-to-door and getting plenty of treats of the musical variety.
I'm speaking, of course, of CMJ Music Marathon.
The annual gathering puts hundreds of bands on stages all over the Lower East Side and Brooklyn over the course of 5 loud, sweaty, fun, hazy days.
I can't wait.
