We've been hard at work these past few months working the cool ArtistData product into Sonicbids. Today, we are very excited to share with you that the first round of integration is now live in your Sonicbids account!
We wanted to focus first on the features that will add the most value to you, and this is why we chose to enable you to Promote your Gigs to the top social networks – Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and PureVolume. From now on, you will be able to share your gigs to all your fans from one place. And everything is automatic! So once you add a gig to your calendar, we will send it to all these cool social networks without you needing to go to each one of them individually and do it again and again and again…(-:
You will also be able to share your thoughts and give quick updates to all your fans directly from your Artist account, using the new “Status” Widget. Try it out!
First, you will need to sync-up (or “activate”) to all these social networks using your credentials (username and password). You can do it in two different ways:
1. From the Social Network Settings Page - links are available in the top shortcuts as well as from the Promote Gigs Widget
2. From the Status Widget itself
In both cases, you can activate the different social networks by entering your credentials. Once you are synced with them, you will be transferred back to Sonicbids.
After you activated all your chosen social networks, you are all set! The next time that you will enter a new gig to your calendar, the gig details with a link to your gig public page (also new!) will be syndicated to them automatically.
Last, we’re hoping that you like the new Artist Homepage look. We've made it cleaner, faster, and easier to use. And don’t forget to check out the your new public profile page on the shortcuts links on the right. As you add more gigs to your calendar (and your photo), this page will become more attractive.
