MTV is looking for tracks to feature on their hit series 16 & Pregnant and its spin-off Teen Mom. Hugely popular, 16 & Pregnant sees upwards of 2 million viewers per episode and its spin-off Teen Mom is close behind with more than 1.5 million viewers per episode. Yes, that means 2+ million people could be listening to your song.
In addition to television exposure, your song will also be featured on the 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom websites, which see more than 15+ million streams, driving even more exposure for your music.

16 & Pregnant is an hour-long series on MTV focusing on the controversial subject of teen pregnancy. Each episode follows a 5-7 month period in the life of a teenager as she navigates the bumpy terrain of adolescence, growing pains, rebellion, and coming of age; all while dealing with being pregnant.
Teen Mom is a spin-off of the MTV documentary series 16 & Pregnant. We are following the stories of four girls from the first season of 16 & Pregnant who are facing the challenges of their first years of motherhood. Each episode interweaves stories of four teenage girls who are navigating the bumpy terrain of adolescence, growing pains, and coming of age – all while facing the responsibility of being a young mother.
All proceeds generated from submissions to this opportunity will be donated to Changing Diapers, Changing Lives, who provide diapers and other supplies to families in need.
