Sonicbids has partnered up with Diesel (yes, that awesome clothing brand with the strangely named jeans) to bring you the Stupid For Music World Cup: an online music competition that’s a bit more unique than the rest, because this competition is just as much about your fans as it is your music. How it works – Your band will sign up and create a profile on the Diesel:U:Music site (super easy, you can do it right from the new widget in your Sonicbids account homepage). Next, you gather as many fans as possible to join the competition – keep in mind that your fans are the most essential part in getting those prizes in your hands, so gather as many as you possibly can (we’ll even provide email templates and social media sharing for you). Fan recruitment ends September 21, so get started today. Then the madness begins: Your fans go to head to head, going through a 7 step competition (like the World Cup… get it?) to not only get you to the finals, but prove they are willing to do anything, and we mean anything, to pledge they’re stupid for your music.
