You’re in a band. You’re good. Austin in March is where you want to be, but how do you get there? Sonicbids has been the exclusive platform to play SXSW since 2007 and we want to help you out.
Here’s how you can play South By Southwest.
1) Head Here: Whether you’re a Sonicbids member or not, you’ll want to head to the Sonicbids’ SXSW Gig Listing page. Click the big orange button to begin the submission process.
2) Read This: Ever wonder what exactly SXSW is looking for in their performers? Well, we literally asked them that exact question and they gave us some invaluable tips.
3) Spruce Up Your EPK: Based on the tips above you should be able to fine-tune your EPK into a lean, mean, SXSW booking machine.
4) Let Us Know: Don’t just apply. Let us know you applied. Tag us on Facebook. Mention it on Twitter. Scream it from the mountain tops.
