Whiskey A Go-Go - Whisky A Go-Go, the legendary nightclub in West Hollywood, California, is currently seeking bands and musicians to perform live at the venue for immediate openings from now through the next 4 months. The club has a legendary past and has hosted some of the most influential bands since the 60's. Genres accepted include rock, alternative, indie, folk, grunge, acoustic, pop, jazz, blues, reggae, hip hop and rap (but please no country), and bands from the US and Canada are encouraged to submit their EPKs. The deadline to submit is Oct. 26th.
TurnStyle Music Group Showcase - The National Underground - TurnStyle Music Group offers showcase opportunities for artists and bands by providing them with tons of opportunity to grow. The showcases start at smaller venues and end with opening slots for national touring acts. They are looking to book Sonicbids bands based in the east coast to perform live at The National Underground in New York City. The deadline to submit is Oct. 27th.
First Night Wolfeboro - First Night Wolfeboro will be booking multiple performers and artists - while some will carry over from previous years, they hope to attract many new artists from Sonicbids. While they do have a budget and understand selected performers may require some compensation, they hope you are negotiable and that some will perform on a volunteer basis. All are more than welcome to sell merchandise at the event and may request a tax receipt to write off profits for merch sold. Bands will be listed on all promotional flyers, posters, postcards as well as listed on our website and much more. All genres accepted. The deadline to submit is Oct. 30th.
Battle of the Redneck Bands - The Redneck Circus presents the Battle of the Redneck Bands. The battle of the bands will be all day Saturday, November 19th. 6 slots will be reserved for Sonicbids bands. The Festival will take place in Fellsmere, Florida. Acceptable music is country, southern rock, and country hip-hop and bands must be able to play at least 2 original songs. Grand Prize: $800 cash and a headlining spot at a future Redneck Circus event of your choice. The deadline to submit is Oct. 31st.
