Full Sail University - Free Recording Studio Time - Full Sail University, located near Orlando, FL, is looking for musicians/bands/artists to come to their campus and perform in their recording session labs in exchange for free recording time and a master of the multi-track sessions created in ProTools. Bands/Artists/Singers of every genre ranging from Rock to R&B are encouraged to submit, as the students would like the chance to work with as many genres as possible. If you are a rap artist, please know that a live instrument is required. This does not apply to traditional singing acts. The Artist Relations Department at Full Sail University typically books 30 musicians/bands/artists/singers per month. The deadline to submit is Nov. 29th.
NBC Universal Music Pitch Session - This is your chance to have your music featured in one of NBC Universal’s hot projects! Songs will be considered for placement in a variety of shows produced by NBC Universal aired on the USA and SyFy networks. Alicen Schneider (music supervisor at NBC Universal) and her team will review the submissions and to select the top 5 submissions for consideration for placement in one of the four series. The selected acts will be announced on midem's blog and receive detailed feedback on their song. Artists do not have to travel to midem to have their songs considered for or included in the pitch session. Acts from around the world are eligible for the midem 2012 NBC Universal music pitch session. The deadline to submit is Nov. 30th.

Rock the House Series, Los Angeles - Venture House Productions and its subsidiary The Bar and Restaurant Society have teamed up with Soul Satisfaction to book artists at the most popular music venues in Hollywood. Currently, they book at The Cabana Club, House of Blues, Viper Room, & Pig N' Whistle in Hollywood and La Brie's in Glendale. There are 3 slots reserved for Sonicbids artists between these venues. Bands will be compensated. The deadline to submit is Nov. 30th.
