Jeremy Weiss is the co-creator and executive director of LAUNCH Music Conference and Festival in Lancaster, PA. Weiss has owned and operated CI Records since 1987, with over 200 releases. He is the owner of CI Productions, having produced over 1,300 concerts throughout central Pennsylvania, and owns the Champ, an all-ages venue, in existence since 2004. Through the CI Companies, he manages Carousel Kings, One Year Later, the Road To Milestone, and more. Weiss is a "guru" (instructor) for the Entertainment Institute, an online music industry-related instructional service, founded by Kevin Lyman (Warped Tour creator/owner) and has appeared on panels or spoken at several conferences and colleges throughout the country.
